Because subtle was never our thing. An ode to our five-star foundation, built at 100 miles an hour. The Plaza lobby was our stage, all marble echoes and chandeliers overhead, as two Jersey girls moved at a clip straight out of an Aaron Sorkin script. Sprinting through gilded hallways in bell-sleeved blazers and closed-toe pumps (the few times they abided by the dress code), talking over each other, juggling partners, red carpeted events, chasing ADR and occupancy demands, and somehow getting it all done.
